Terms of Service

The service

We provide cloud software for fashion and lifestyle retail: Store POS, Stock Everywhere, AI Size and Stock Planner, Endless Aisle, Markdown Planner, Loyalty Club and Retail Reports. The features you can use depend on your plan.

Your account

• Give accurate details at sign up and keep them up to date
• Keep login details private and set staff roles carefully
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff users

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. At the end you can choose a plan. If you do not, the account is closed and its data is deleted after 30 days.

Plans and fees

Paid plans are charged per store per month, monthly or yearly in advance, as shown on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Add-ons are charged as listed. Taxes are added where they apply.

We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change takes effect on your plan.

AI suggestions

The planner suggests transfers, replenishment, size mix and markdowns based on your data. Suggestions are advice. Your merchandisers approve, edit or reject each one, and you remain responsible for the stock and pricing decisions you approve.

Fair pricing and messages

• Show real earlier selling prices on sale tags. Do not use the service to display inflated original prices
• Send loyalty offers only to shoppers who opted in, and honour opt-outs at once
• Follow consumer, tax and data laws that apply to your stores

Your data

You own your product, stock, sales and shopper data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service. You can export it at any time while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times and plan maintenance outside store hours. The counter keeps billing offline during network outages and syncs when the connection returns. Support levels follow your plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other accounts or break the security of the service
• Do not resell the service without written agreement
• Do not upload unlawful content or malware

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your account. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Haryana have jurisdiction.
